Executive Registrations

Executive Registration
The Directors and Officers Insurance Form has now been replaced by the RAMP Executive Registration. Please share your Member Organizations RAMP registration site to your current directors and officers, including board members and staff that you would like covered under Directors and Officers insurance policy and have them register online. This registration will also keep all of our member organization contacts up to date. 

Membership Renewals and Applications

Membership Renewal 
Login and select Executive Registration  
During this process it will ask if you are a Primary or Secondary contact.  
Submit payment online or via cheque. 
The annual membership renewal is due March 15.
Conditions of Membership Change Application 
This application is for existing Member Organizations who have completed the Executive Registration and who would like to request to change their goals and objectives, geographic area of service, or programming.
To complete the form follow these steps:
1. contact for the passcode
2. Sign into your Executive Registration and click on Executive Registration 
3. Select Conditions of Membership Change Application

New Membership

This application is for organizations who are not currently members of SSA.
To complete the form follow these steps:
1. contact for the passcode
2. Sign into or create a Registration Account and click on Executive Registration 
3. Select: New Members Only - Membership Application Fee

Domestic Team Travel Permits For teams wishing to compete in sanctioned tournaments outside of Saskatchewan but within Canada
International Team Travel Permits For teams wishing to compete in tournaments in the United States
International Team Travel Permits - Outside of Canada and US For teams wishing to compete in tournaments outside of the United States

Individual Travel Permit

Individual Temporary Travel Permit A player registered with the SSA wishing to play for a registered team from outside of Saskatchewan in a competition taking place outside the jurisdiction of the SSA (out of province)

Player Transfers

Player Transfers within Saskatchewan

Within a Member Organization (MO) Contact MO for policies and procedures
Between Member Organizations of the SSA - In season Should a player wish to pursue registration that is outside of his/her home region during a season, he/she/they must request a transfer from a MO in his/her/their home region.
Between Member Organizations of the SSA - In between seasons Between seasons, all players have the right to move from one MO to another. Players must receive a release confirming good standing with the previous MO before participating in soccer activities with a new MO.

Player Transfers Between Provincial/Territorial/National Associations

Between Provincial/Territorial Associations of the Canadian Soccer Association  A player moving from another province must receive written clearance from the Provincial/Territorial Association with which he/she/their was last registered in order to be eligible to register in Saskatchewan.
International Transfers Any player aged 10 or over whose last registration was outside of Canada must obtain an International Transfer Certificate.

Youth Reinstatement

Youth Reinstatement Form
As per CSA Rule 3.a)iv), a youth-age player who has been registered as "senior amateur shall be ineligible to play in youth club competitions, unless he/she/they has/have, upon request, been reinstated to youth status by his/her/their Provincial Association. Youth Reinstatement is governed by Canada Soccer. Refer to the Canadian Soccer Association Rules and Regulations for the conditions of reinstatement of a youth-aged player who has previously been registered as a "Senior Amateur Player."A youth-aged player registered as a senior player wishing to be reinstated as a youth player, must complete the Youth Reinstatement Application Form and submit to the SSA along with the $25.00 administrative fee.

Upon receipt of an Application for Reinstatement Form or a Youth Reinstatement Application Form, the SSA will administer the request and provide approval to the Member Organization and applicant upon receipt. Players are not permitted to participate until approval has been received. 

Amateur Reinstatement 

Amateur Reinstatement Form
A player who has previously been registered as a 'Professional Player' must be reinstated as an 'Amateur Player' prior to participating with SSA or a Member Organization. Amateur Reinstatement is governed by Canada Soccer. For a definition of a "Professional Player' and the conditions of reinstatement, please refer to the Canadian Soccer Association Rules and Regulations.
A player registered as a professional wishing to be reinstated as an amateur, must complete the Canada Soccer Application for Reinstatement Form and submit to the SSA along with the applicable fee.
